7.S. LOT 16, WESTL 4KE ESTATES RESOL UTIONACCEPTING EASEMENT <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of July 22, 1997: <br />TO: <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: <br />Lea R. Keller, CLA, County Attorney's Office <br />THROUGH: <br />- Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney <br />DATE: <br />July 22,1997 <br />RE: <br />COUNTY ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT <br />For future road widening purposes it is necessary for the County to acquire title to <br />some land along the south side of a parcel which abuts 16th Street. In order to do <br />this the County has to formally accept the easement and planting strip along the <br />south side of Lot 16 of Westlake Estates. The attached resolution would <br />accomplish that. <br />Requested Action: Request that the Board authorize the Chairman to sign the <br />attached resolution on behalf of the County Commission. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously adopted Resolution <br />97-072 formally accepting a 10 -foot easement and a 10 -foot <br />planting strip on the south side of Lot 16 of Westlake Estates <br />Subdivision for road right-of-way and utility purposes. <br />AUGUST 5, 1997 GOOK "'02'.0 PACE I-99 <br />31 <br />
