"Sonny" Dean, Director General ServicesD''' <br />FROM: Fran Boynton Powell, Purchasing ManagejrXAAA <br />SUBJ: Declare Equipment Surplus for Sale <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The following equipment (attached list) has been declared surplus to the <br />needs of the County. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />Staff recommends that authority be granted by the Board of - County <br />Commissioners to declare these items surplus and authorize its sale and/or <br />proper disposal. <br />FUNDING: <br />The monies received from this sale will be returned to the appropriate <br />accounts. <br />RECONDAENDATION: <br />This list of surplus items will be disposed of in accordance with the <br />provisions of Florida State Statutes. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board (by a 4-0 vote, Commissioner <br />Ginn absent) unanimously declared the listed items surplus and <br />authorized their sale and/or proper disposal, as recommended by <br />staff. <br />AUGUST 19, 1997 890K 102 FACE • t3'8 <br />17 <br />
