The State will prepare a project <br />agreement and forward it to the County for formal acceptance. Prior to formal acceptance, <br />staff will attempt to secure additional funding. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously authorized <br />preliminary acceptance notification for the grant to the State <br />and directed staff to continue to attempt to secure additional <br />funding, as recommended by staff. <br />11.H.1. We are now coming <br />to the Board of County Commissioners to seek approval to begin <br />design of the above-mentioned project.
