Several meetings were held with <br />Janitorial Depot to advise them of the problems and afford them the opportunity to correct them. Unfortunately, the <br />problems have continued to occur.. <br />1. Establish an Open End Contract for a twelve month period from the date of award <br />2. Authorize the Purchasing Manager to renew this contract subject to satisfactory performance, zero cost increase, <br />vendor acceptance, and the determination that renewal is in the best interest of the County. <br />19 <br />SEPTEMBER 23, 1997 <br />
