Vitunac; County ttor� <br />DATE: October 15, 1997 <br />RE: 1997 Legislative Delegation Meeting <br />Pursuant to the direction of the Board, Chairman Eggert and this office have prepared <br />resolutions for presentation to the local Legislative Delegation on November 12, 1997. <br />The resolution titles and suggested presenters are as follows: <br />ITEM <br />A. INTRODUCTION <br />1. In Support of a Constitutional Revision <br />Prohibiting Unfunded Mandates without a <br />Super -Majority Vote of the Legislature <br />2. In Support of Clam Leases of State Lands <br />3. In Support of a Partial Year Property Tax <br />4. In Support of Amending the Law to Give <br />Non -Charter Counties the Right to Petition <br />for Initiatives <br />6. In Support of Continuing Preservation 2000 <br />Development <br />6. In Support of Local Control of Right of Way <br />7. In Support of Clarifying the Obligation of the <br />State to Provide Article V Funding for the <br />Criminal Court System <br />B.
