RESOLUTION NO. 97- 135 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, FORMALLY ACCEPTING THE STREETS AND <br />EASEMENTS IN KINGSWAY SUBDIVISION FOR <br />UTILITIES PURPOSES ONLY. <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary that Indian River County extended its water service by <br />means of a water main extension to Kingsway Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with this, it is necessary for the County to formally <br />accept the streets and easements for utility purposes only in Kingway Subdivision, as <br />recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 59, of the public records of Indian River County, Florida; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board <br />hereby formally accepts for utility purposes only the streets and easements, as offered to <br />the County in the Certificate of Dedication shown on the plat of the above -referenced <br />subdivision. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , and the <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner r; nn , and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Carolyn K.
