Collins II - Deputy County Attorney <br />DATE: September 25, 1997 <br />SUBJECT: Windsor Plat 9 Contract <br />Scott McGuire asked us to prepare a contract for posting security for the <br />completion of certain work associated with Windsor Plat 9 in order for your office <br />to grant a partial certificate of completion. The attached contract and Cash <br />Deposit and Escrow Agreement should be presented to the Board of County <br />Commissioners in a consent agenda item. The recommendation would be to <br />authorize the Chairman to execute the attached Contract for Construction of <br />Required Improvements No. PD -96 -06 -13 -AR and the associated Cash Deposit <br />and Escrow Agreement. <br />I have transmitted the cash deposit in the amount of $3,935.88 (copy attached) <br />to the Finance Department for depositing into the cash escrow account (#601- <br />000-220-003.00). <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously authorized the <br />Chairman to execute the proposed contract with Windsor <br />Properties for construction and the cash deposit and escrow <br />agreement securing the contract, as recommended in the <br />Memorandum. <br />CONTRACT AND COPY OF CASH DEPOSIT AND <br />ESCROW AGREEMENT IS ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />60 <br />OCTOBER 28, 1997 - <br />
