SANITARY SEWER SUB -ELEMENT <br />B. POTABLE WATER SUB -ELEMENT <br />Director Keating advised that concerning the sanitary sewer and potable water sub - <br />elements, his office had recently received from the Utilities Department some updated capital <br />improvements costs and staff would like the ability to make minor changes to all the <br />elements. <br />Chairman Eggert asked for copies of that information for the Commissioners. She <br />then asked if there were any questions about these two sub -elements. <br />Chairman Eggert had a question on page 38, Policy 1.5: <br />POLICY 1.5: The Planning Division, on an as needed basis, shall provide summary reports <br />containing capacity and demand information for each public wastewater treatment plant <br />within the county service area. <br />Chairman Eggert asked why the Planning Division was having to do this as opposed <br />to the Utility Department, and Director Keating replied that it really is a joint effort. <br />23 <br />OCTOBER 29, 1997 <br />BOOK 103 PAGE 2. 7 <br />
