The <br />information on Page 18 is based on Shimberg Center data. <br />Next, Commissioner Ginn turned to Page 43, concerning density bonuses. She <br />thought was a better plan but needed a little revision. She thought that they should get a <br />density bonus only if they incorporate some of the options.
