CH <br />AND MANAGER OF AS MENT PROJECTS <br />STAFFED BY: DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AND <br />THOMAS M. RENO <br />BACKGROUND <br />The owner is constructing a new residence, and he has requested temporary service be <br />installed from the water line on 20th Avenue to service the property at 916 21st <br />Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida prior to the installation of a water main on 21st Avenue in <br />the Block Villa Subdivision. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The Agreement states that the Indian River County Department of Utility Services shall <br />provide temporary water service to Mr. Thomas Reno until such time that a water line <br />may be constructed on 20th Avenue in the Block Villa Subdivision by assessment. He <br />agrees to pay all fees required to make this connection. He further agrees to <br />participate in the assessment and to reconnect to this water line as required by the <br />Indian River County Department of Utility Services. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of County <br />Commissioners approve the attached Agreement with Thomas M. Reno on the Consent <br />Agenda. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved the <br />Agreement with Thomas M.
