Collins II - Deputy County Attorney <br />V <br />DATE: January 23, 1998 <br />SUBJECT: Home Depot - Landscape Improvements - 58th Avenue <br />As a condition of site plan approval, the landscape improvements along Home <br />Depot's 58th Avenue frontage are to be installed by Home Depot after <br />completion of Phase I of the County's 58th Avenue paving project. A Contract <br />for Construction of Required Improvements has been executed by Home Depot, <br />and a $34,500.00 Performance Bond is in place to guarantee the installation of <br />the landscape improvements. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve the attached Contract for Construction of Required Improvements and <br />Performance Bond and authorize the Chairman of the Board of County <br />Commissioners to execute the Contract for Construction of Required <br />Improvements on behalf of the County. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved the <br />Contract for Construction of Required Improvements and <br />Performance Bond with Home Depot USA, Inc. and authorized <br />the Chairman to execute same, as recommended in the <br />Memorandum. <br />COPY OF CONTRACT & PERFORMANCE BOND ARE ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />7X Sand Mine Bond - Adandc Coast Enterprises.
