(Alternative <br />No. 1.) <br />CONSTRUCTION TESTING SERVICES AGREEMENT IS ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />B.A. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES FOR <br />COUNTY WARRANTS <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously adopted Resolution <br />98-018 directing the County Depositories to honor certain <br />authorized signatures on County warrants and other orders for <br />payment. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98- 18 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />DIRECTING COUNTY DEPOSITORIES TO HONOR <br />CERTAIN AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES ON COUNTY <br />WARRANTS AND OTHER ORDERS FOR PAYMENT. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County on <br />January 6, 1998, held an election for the offices of Chairman and Vice Chairman of the <br />Board of County Commissioners; and <br />WHEREAS, the County Commission did nominate and select as Chairman John <br />W. Tippin, and as Vice Chairman Kenneth R. Macht; and <br />WHEREAS, Jeffrey K.
