0 • <br />February 3, 1998 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, met in Regular <br />Session at the County Commission Chambers, 1840 25' Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on <br />Tuesday, February 3, 1998. Present were John W. Tippin, Chairman: Kenneth R. Macht, <br />Vice Chairman; Fran B. Adams; Carolyn K. Eggert and Caroline D. Ginn. Also present were <br />James E. Chandler, County Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney; and Patricia <br />Ridgely, Deputy Clerk. <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. <br />2. INVOCATION <br />Rev. Bill Kelly of Westminster Presbyterian delivered the invocation. <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Commissioner Eggert led the Pledge to the Flag. <br />4. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Chairman Tippin requested the addition of two items: <br />5. Proclamation to Vero Beach Concert Association and <br />13.A. Resolution Directing County Depositories to Honor <br />Certain Authorized Signatures on County Warrants and Other <br />Orders for Payment. <br />Commissioner Adams requested the addition of Item 13.C. Treasure Coast Regional <br />Planning Council - Add City of Sebastian as a Full Time Voting Member. <br />Vice Chairman Macht requested the addition of Item 13.B. Comment on Upcoming <br />NACo meeting in Washington, D.C. <br />Commissioner Eggert requested the addition of Item 13.D.
