bN'jsC <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Eggert, the Board <br />unanimously approved the two-year road widening <br />and resurfacing program, as recommended by staff. <br />13.E. COMMENTS REGARDING TREASURE COAST <br />REGIONAL PLANNING COUNCIL <br />Commissioner Ginn advised that she had made inquiries and was told that all <br />appointments to Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council are set by rule and their attorneys <br />would contact County Attorney Vitunac regarding the specific rules involved. <br />Commissioner Ginn continued that the City of Vero Beach has the matter on their <br />agenda for next week. They are not particularly interested in staying on the Council but, as <br />a citizen, she is interested in having them remain a member as she believes there will be <br />many things coming before the Council that will affect the City. <br />Chairman Tippin suggested deferring the matter until County Attorney Vitunac <br />receives more information. <br />CONSENSUS was reached that the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council's <br />attorney will contact County Attorney Vitunac who will report back to the Board. <br />14.A. EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT <br />The Chairman announced that the Board would recess and reconvene as the Board of <br />Commissioners of the Emergency Services District at this time, 9:47 a.m..
