600K 1 .i <br />Commissioner Eggert empathized, but reminded the Board that they just recently said <br />they did not want to interfere with the Code Enforcement Board in another matter. <br />In response to CommissionerAdams, Community Development Director Bob Keating <br />explained that this issue would come back to the Board as a Land Development Regulation <br />amendment. He said that staff would be recommending that the Code Enforcement Board <br />give the people at Sunshine RV Park an extended compliance date. The LDR amendment <br />process will probably take about 6 months. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved <br />allowing staff to recommend to the Code Enforcement Board to <br />extend compliance by 6 months. <br />13.C.1.
