ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously approved a <br />special assessment of 27 cents per capita to implement a public <br />information campaign on the issues of Article V of the <br />Constitution Revision Committee, concerning convincing the <br />legislature to meet its responsibility to fund the state's judiciary <br />and relieving the counties of the burden. <br />8.
