Chandler y-ee <br />County Administrator . <br />At the conclusion of the April 7, 1998 Board meeting, I request a brief collective <br />bargaining strategy meeting concerning contract negotiations with IAFF Local 2201 and <br />Teamsters Local 769. The meeting will be in accordance with Florida Statute 447.605. <br />Chairman Tippin reminded the Commissioners that the collective bargaining strategy <br />meeting concerning contract negotiations with IAFF Local 2201 and Teamsters Loca1769 <br />will be held directly after the Board meeting. <br />NO ACTION. <br />11.B.1. LICENSE TO USE CITY OF VERO BEACH PROPERTY - <br />TOWER SITE NEAR RECREATION OFFICES ON 17TH AVENUE <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of March 31, 1998: <br />TO: Honorable Board of County Commissioners <br />THROUGH: Jim Chandler, County Administrator <br />FROM: Doug Wright, Director <br />Emergency Services <br />DATE: March 31, 1998 <br />SUBJECT: License To Use City Property - Indian River County Tower Site Located Near <br />Recreation Offices On 17th Avenue <br />When the ownership for the property on 17th Avenue, formerly the site of the old County Jail, <br />was transferred to the City of Vero Beach to be used for the City's Recreation Department <br />offices, apparently no agreement was made for the County to continue using the existing <br />communications tower and the area adjacent to it. <br />April 7,1998 <br />44 <br />0 0 <br />
