Staff has been working with City Manager Rex Taylor and Clifford J. Suthard, Director of <br />Public Works and Engineering, to formalize an agreement regarding the tower since the County <br />continues to use the tower as part of its communications system: - <br />The attached License For Use Of City Property has been approved by staff, both City and <br />County Attorneys, as well as the City and County Risk Managers. <br />The License is summarized as follows: <br />1. Proposed improvements to the subject property shall be subject to review and <br />approval by the City Manager or his designee. <br />2. The License shall be for a thirty (30) year term and shall be irrevocable. <br />3. The County shall have ingress and egress rights to the property. <br />4. The County will maintain the tower and premises at its own expense. <br />5. The County shall inform the City of the names of any assignees or sublessees of <br />the License. <br />6.
