RECOMMENDATION <br />The Staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends the Board of County <br />Commissioners to approve the following: <br />1. Direct purchase of material for the project from US Fffter in the amount of <br />$35,939.47. <br />2. Labor Contract, Work Authorization No. 51 with Driveways Inc., in the amount of <br />$9,310.70 through issuance of purchase Order Number. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Macht, the Board <br />unanimously directed purchase of material for the <br />project from US Filter in the amount of $35,939.47 <br />and authorized Work Authorization No. 51 with <br />Driveways, Inc. in the amount of $9,310.70, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />WORK AUTHORIZATION WILL BE ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />WHEN EXECUTED AND RECEIVED <br />13.B.1.
