i <br />1-1 <br />RECONDUNDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of the Assignment Of License from Sandab Communications Limited <br />Partnership II to Pinnacle Towers, Inc., utilizing a Consent and Estoppel Agreement. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Two original copies of a Consent And Estoppel Agreement which includes as attachments a copy <br />of the License Agreement dated March 17, 1992, and a copy of the Amendment To License <br />Agreement dated June 22, 1993. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Eggert, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Ginn, that the Board <br />approve the Consent and Estoppel Agreement with <br />Pinnacle Towers, Inc. regarding the License <br />Agreement with Sandab Communications Limited <br />Partnership, II of March 17, 1992, as recommended <br />by staff. <br />Under discussion, Commissioner Adams questioned the 30 year term of the <br />Agreement. <br />County Administrator Chandler noted that in terms of usage, staff felt that would not <br />be a problem. <br />Radiological Emergency Analyst Nathan McCollum advised that all the other tower <br />leases are similarly written. <br />MAY 59 1998 <br />THE CHAHUVIAN CALLED THE QUESTION and <br />the Motion passed unanimously. <br />AGREEMENT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE <br />OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />-33- l OJT frti:UL °C�.L <br />
