Miscellaneous Budget Amendment 020 <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of June 2, 1998: <br />TO: Members of the Board <br />of County Commissioners <br />DATE: June 2, 1998 <br />SUBJECT: MISCELLANEOUS BUDGET AMENDMENT 020 <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />FROM: Joseph A. Baird <br />OMB Director <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The attached budget amendment is to appropriate funding for the following: <br />The State of Florida, Department of Labor, has charged Indian River County for <br />Unemployment Compensation payments to former employees for the quarter ending <br />March 31, 1998. A budget amendment is required to reflect these payments: (Memo <br />attached from Interim Personnel Director, Tom Bisaillon). <br />2. The Engineering Department's 1989 station wagon was recently involved in an accident <br />(they were not at fault). The insurance company has paid $1,693.70 towards repairing <br />or replacing the vehicle. This vehicle was scheduled for replacement in the 1998/99 fiscal <br />year. The replacement cost is estimated at $19,100.
