"Sony+" Dean, Director <br />r <br />Department of General Services <br />Subject: County Owned Property (Former Youth Manor Site) - Lease Agreement <br />BACKGROUND: <br />At their regular meeting on May 12, 1998, the Board approved leasing of the subject property to Children's <br />Home Society, Treasure Coast Division, for a period of ten years as recommended by staff. <br />The attached Lease Agreement has been prepared by the County Attorney's office with insurances as <br />recommended by Risk Management. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of the attached lease as submitted and requests authorization for the Chairman <br />to execute the document. <br />June 9, 1998 <br />18 <br />
