• <br />• <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that this rezoning, is <br />consistent with the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County, and the county land development <br />regulations, including but not limited to the Planned Development (PD) Process and Standards for <br />Development chapter, and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, in conjunction <br />with the rezoning request has approved a PD conceptual plan (see EXHIBIT B, attached) that <br />controls and regulates development on the subject land; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public hearing pursuant to this <br />rezoning request, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning of the property situated in Indian River County, and legally <br />described in EXHIBIT A (attached) be changed from CG to PD (Commercial). <br />All with the meaning and intent as set forth in the land development regulations, and the <br />approved conceptual plan as may be amended pursuant to the provisions of the Planned <br />Development (PD) Process and Standards for Development chapter of the land development <br />regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, on this 9th day of lune , 1998. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press -Journal on the 27 day of <br />M a X ,1998 for a public hearing to be held on the 9 t h day of J u n e ,1998 at which time <br />it was moved for adoption by Commissioner F g g e r t , seconded by Commissioner <br />Adams , and adopted by the following vote: <br />June 9, 1998 <br />Chairman John W.
