• <br />• <br />Options: <br />1) Reimburse developer in the amount of $29,625.58, as per the October 7`', <br />1997 agreement. <br />2) Reimburse the developer the increased amount of $46,147.50. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />While the contract does not specifically bind us to increasing the reimbursement amount <br />over what is in the original agreement, project costs are reflective of the current market. <br />The Department of Utility Services will benefit from the construction which will provide <br />an operational cost savings to the County. With this in mind, the Staff of the Department <br />of Utility Services recommends amending the original developer's agreement to reflect the <br />increase in reimbursement to $46,147.50, as requested. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously amended the <br />developer's agreement to reflect the increase in reimbursement <br />to $46,147.50 as requested, as recommended in the <br />Memorandum. <br />AGREEMENT WILL BE PLACED ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />WHEN EXECUTED AND RECEIVED <br />B.C.
