At the same time, issue <br />Change Order No. 1 to reduce the contract amount by $31,584.10 <br />for a revised contract of $144,489.55. <br />Alternative No. 2 <br />Award the Base Bid to Ranger Construction Industries in the <br />total bid amount of $176,073.65. <br />Reject the bid from Ranger Construction Industries and re - <br />advertise the project. <br />114AG(61 "111:41 .- • . v <br />Staff recommends Alternative No. 1 where by the Base Bid with Change <br />Order No. 1 result in a project cost of $144,489.55.
