(Clerk's Note: A copy of the Building Evaluation has been placed on file with the back up <br />of the meeting in the Office of the Clerk to the Board.) <br />Ron Hunt, a principal with Spillis Candela and Partners, reviewed the salient features <br />in the following report: <br />Indian River County <br />Building Evaluation <br />Spillis Candela & Partners, Inc. <br />Vero Mall <br />July 15, 1998 <br />Spillis Candela & Partners, Inc. <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — BUILDING <br />EVALUATION FOR VERO MALL <br />EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />in June of 1998, SCP was asked to evaluate the Vero Mall (t 170.000 GSF) to <br />determine if it is possible to convert it for use as the Indian River Country <br />Administrative Facility. Even though we are now in the process of programming <br />the Facility (finding out what size it needs to be) it was felt that the size of the Mall <br />was close enough and a building evaluation was prudent to undertake. <br />SCP Architects and engineers spent June 20, 1998, on site with representatives of <br />the owner (Jim Wilson & Associates, Inc.) evaluating and photographing the Mall. <br />Drawings and data were gathered in sufficient amount to produce the attached <br />July 28, 1998 <br />31 <br />Boa 106 PAGE 404 <br />
