Tabar,� <br />Coastal Engineer Jl <br />SUBJECT: Indian River County Beach Preservation Plan - <br />Economic Analysis - Professional Service Agreement <br />DATE: July 21, 1998 <br />At the June 30, 1998 Board of County Commissioners regular meeting, <br />the Board authorized staff to begin contract negotiations for <br />professional services to develop a local funding program. The <br />funding program will be used to support the coastal improvements <br />outlined in the Indian River County Beach Preservation Plan (BPP). <br />Attached is an agreement with Applied Technology & Management, <br />Inc., (ATM), Gainesville, Fl., for the design and development of the <br />funding program. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Public Works Department staff has been working closely with ATM to <br />prepare an agreement which will provide professional economic <br />planning and coastal engineering services.
