All of those options, he said, would have his <br />office coming back eventually with recommended clarification of the ordinance and <br />guidelines so this will never happen again. <br />Commissioner Eggert pointed out that the people had worked very hard on this and <br />the Board will be given sufficient information upon which to draw their own conclusions on <br />the projects chosen and the amount of funding. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Chairman Tippin, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, to retroactively approve the members of <br />the subcommittee. <br />Commissioner Ginn stated she could not vote in favor of the motion. <br />There was a brief discussion on the motion. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the motion <br />carried 4-1 (Commissioner Ginn opposed). <br />A.B.
