Enclosed for approval is Amendment No. 4 which removes an item added to the Agreement in <br />Amendment No. 3; the "Meeting Regarding CR 512 with CR 512 Consultant". The removal of this <br />item will decrease the Agreement Amount by $340.00. The Agreement shall be decreased from <br />$101,650 to $101,310.00. <br />The Contractor has submitted a Request for Final Payment and Release of Retainage in the amount <br />of $101,310.00 for the project for a balance due including release of retainage in the amount of <br />$10,459.50. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Alternative No. 1- Approve Amendment No. 4, the Final Pay Request and Release of Retainage in <br />the amount of $10,459.50. <br />Alternative No. 2 - Deny the Amendment, Final Pay Request and Release of Retainage. <br />RECONDAENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends Alternative No. 1.
