Keating, mey <br />/ <br />Community Development or <br />THROUGH: Stan Boling, AICP <br />Planning Director / Current Development <br />FROM: John McCoy, AICP41 A <br />Senior Planner / Current Development <br />DATE: October 14, 1998 <br />SUBJECT: Windsor Properties Request for Conceptual PD Plan Modification <br />(Continuation) <br />It is requested that the data herein presented by given formal consideration by the Board of County <br />Commissioners at its regular meeting of October 20, 1998. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITT NS• <br />At its regular meeting of October 6, 1998, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing <br />and considered changes to the Windsor Conceptual PD plan. Those changes included modifications <br />to certain development parameters and a 4.7 acre addition to the area covered by the PD. The <br />Board heard from staff, the applicant, and the public regarding the proposed changes. Most of the <br />discussion during the hearing related to the 4.7 acre addition, which is located immediately north of <br />the Sanderling Subdivision. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Board entertained a request from <br />the applicant to remove the 4.7 acre addition from the request and to take action only on the other <br />proposed conceptual PD plan modifications. The Board postponed that decision until its October 20, <br />1998 meeting. <br />October 20, 1998 <br />46 <br />
