Davis, P.E., <br />Public Works Director C�lr <br />SUBJECT: Joint Participation Agreement with Florida <br />Transportation - 58th Avenue Paved Shoulders <br />from 69th Street to CR512 <br />REF.LETTER: Teresa Martin to James Davis dated 10/07/98 <br />DATE: October 15, 1998 <br />Department of <br />and Resurfacing <br />The Florida Department of Transportation is implementing the <br />North County Cyclist Loop ISTEA Enhancement project which includes <br />constructing paved shoulders along CR510 east of 58th Avenue and 58th <br />Avenue from 69th Street to CR510. The existing 58th Avenue roadway <br />along the project limits is in need of resurfacing. If CR510 is <br />resurfaced simultaneously, the project would have a much better <br />appearance and would save the community from disruptive detouring <br />twice in one year. The attached JPA authorized DOT to perform the <br />resurfacing along with the enhancement project. <br />OCTOBER 27, 1998 <br />-48- <br />
