CHAST <br />AND MANAGER OF AS LNT PROJECTS <br />STAFFED BY: DEPARTMENT OF ITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AND <br />ROBERT P. BURNETT AND MARGARET A. BURNETT <br />BACKGROUND <br />Robert P. Burnett and Margaret A. Burnett have requested that temporary service be <br />installed from the water line on Gardenia Street to service their property on 596 Cross <br />Creek Circle, Sebastian, Florida 32958 prior to the installation of a water main on Cross <br />Creek Circle. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The Agreement states that the Indian River County Department of Utility Services shall <br />provide temporary water service to Robert P. Burnett and Margaret A. Burnett until <br />such time that a water line may be constructed on Cross Creek Circle by assessment. <br />Payment of all fees required to make this connection and participation in the <br />assessment which may involve reconnecting to this water line as required by the Indian <br />River County Department of Utility Services has been agreed to by the Burnetts. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of County <br />Commissioners approve the attached Agreement with Robert P.
