Finney, SRA, ounty -of-Way Agent <br />SUBJECT: 13's Street SW Right -of -Way Acquisition <br />DATE: November 6, 1998 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Fifty feet (50) of additional right-of-way is needed on the north side of 13' Street SW. The Sellers <br />have executed a Contract for the Purchase of a 29 wide right-of-way at $9,150.00. The Sellers have <br />executed both deeds, one for the right-of-way purchase and the second deed for the 30' wide <br />dedicated right-of-way. Delivery of both deeds are being held in trust pending Board approval and <br />closing. <br />The Public Works staff considers the Contract For Sale and Purchase reasonable and equitable. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff requests the Board of County Commissioners approve the $9,150.00 purchase and authorize <br />the Chairman to execute the contract. Funding to be from the One Cent Sales Tax Account No. 315- <br />214-541-066.12. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Ginn, the Board <br />unanimously approved the Contract with George D. <br />Johnston, Jr. and Sarita B. Johnston in the amount of <br />$9,150 and authorized the Chairman to execute <br />same, as recommended by staff. <br />CONTRACT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE <br />OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />7. G.
