Vitunac, County Attorney <br />DATE: <br />December 23, 1998 <br />RE: <br />COUNTY AUCTION OF TWO PARCELS <br />At its meeting October 27, 1998, the Board approved and authorized Karlin Daniel & <br />Associates to auction two County surplus properties. The two parcels have been <br />auctioned and two purchase agreements have been executed. Therefore, the attached <br />two County Deeds have been prepared which will transfer title to the properties to the <br />successful bidders at closing.
