She wanted to know whether <br />enough staff were available. <br />Project Engineer Sean McGuire stated that the Parks Department staff will plant the <br />small material and they have personnel available. <br />Commissioner Tippin commented that planting is more involved thanjust digging a <br />hole and sticking the plant in there.
