UW -97 -09 -DS <br />RESOLUTION IV- FINAL ASSESSMENT <br />On October 28, 1997, the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners approved <br />Resolution III, (97-137) for the preliminary assessment roll on the above -referenced project. <br />Construction of the project has been completed. Customer connections have begun, and we <br />request the Board of County Commissioners' approval of the final assessment roll. (See attached <br />minutes and Resolution III). <br />The preliminary assessment was for a total estimated cost to be assessed of $62,975.00 which <br />equated to $0.095311 per square foot of property owned. The final assessment (see attached <br />Resolution IV and the accompanying assessment roll) is in the amount of $59,869.20, which <br />equates to a cost of $0.090610 (rounded) per square foot of property.
