Commissioner Ginn asked staff to look at the ordinance for possible revisions but <br />believed that Mr. O'Haire should be able to develop his property as he wishes. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Stanbridge, the <br />Board unanimously clarified its intent regarding <br />LDR Section 913.06(c)2 by requiring that, at the <br />time of administrative approval, the subject physical <br />roadway being "grandfathered -in" originate from <br />and be generally located in its December 8, 1973 <br />alignment and directed staff to initiate an LDR <br />amendment to codify the clarification, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />9.C. These funds are used to enhance and improve emergency management, <br />mitigation, planning, response and recovery for Indian River County.
