CHANDLER <br />COUNTY ADMMSTRATOR <br />FROM: DONALD R. HUBBS, P.E. �J <br />DIRECTOR OF UTILITY S <br />PREPARED JAMES D. CHAST <br />AND MANAGER OF PROJECTS <br />STAFFED BY: DEPARTMENT OF UTILTIY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: TENMRARY WATER SERVICE AGREE M NT <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AND <br />JAN= R. MAXWELL <br />BACKGROUND <br />James R. Maxwell has requested that temporary service be installed from the water line <br />on Roseland Road to service his property at 802 Robin Lane, Sebastian, Florida 32958 <br />prior to the installation of a water main on Robin Lane. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The Agreement states that the Indian River County Department of Utility Services • shall <br />Provide temporary water service to James R. Maxwell until such time that a vraftr line <br />may be constructed on Robin Lane by assessment He agrees to pay all fees required to <br />make this connection. He further agrees to participate in the assessment and to <br />reconnect to this water line as required by the Indian River County Department of Utility <br />Services. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of County Commissioners <br />approve the attached Agreement with James R. Maxwell on the Consent Agenda <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously approved the <br />agreement with James R.
