BOOK 108 PAGUE4,96 <br />A temporary signal had to be installed due to the late delivery date for the mast arms (14-16 weeks) <br />for this intersection. Mast arm delivery is expected to be near the end of the Contract Date of April <br />28, 1999. The total cost for this temporary signal is $5,335.00. <br />An existing pipe was located in the field that was not originally shown on the IRC survey. This pipe <br />will have to be removed at a total cost of $1,100.00. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Staff recommends approval of the attached Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $9,489.00. This <br />amount will be deducted from the current contract amount of $1,214,378.30.
