County initiated request to amend the comprehensive plan to redesignate the following <br />publicly owned properties to C-1, Publicly Owned Conservation- 1(zero density), and rezone <br />those properties to Con -1, Public Lands Conservation District (zero density): <br />A. f8 acres located on the east side of SR AIA, just north of the town of Indan River <br />Shores; <br />B. ±37 acres located at the northeast corner of 8" Street and Indian River Boulevard; <br />and <br />C. f 15.8 acres located west of St. Christopher's Harbor Subdivision (Legislative). <br />2. County -initiated request to amend the Future Land Use and Intergovernmental Coordination <br />Elements of the Comprehensive Plan (Legislative). <br />Please be advised that the following public hearing has been scheduled for Board consideration at <br />its April 6, 1999 meeting: <br />John W. Mitchell and others' request to rezone f2 acres located at the northwest corner of <br />77`h Street (Hobart Road) and US 1 from CH, Heavy Commercial District to CL, Limited <br />Commercial District (Quasi -Judicial). <br />The above referenced public hearing dates are provided for the Board of County Commissioners <br />information.
