US -97 -21 -CS <br />BACKGROUND <br />On September 10, 1996 the Board of County Commissioners approved the 96/97 Fiscal <br />Year Budget which included the rehabilitation of six wastewater lift stations. <br />1. #131, Vista #1 <br />2. #192, Sebastian #2 <br />3. #180, Sebastian Middle School Main <br />4. #132, Vista Gardens <br />5. #166, County Road 512 <br />6. #19, Landfill Main <br />On September 9, 1997, the Board of County Commissioners approved and awarded Bid <br />#7062, with the exception of item number 6, lift station #19 Landfill Main, to Treasure <br />Coast Contracting in the amount of $59,345.00. <br />On November 18, 1997, the Board of County Commissioners approved a contract with <br />Treasure Coast Contracting for the rehabilitation of 5 lift stations, in the amount of <br />$59,345.00. <br />1. #131, Vista #1 <br />2. #192, Sebastian #2 <br />3. #180, Sebastian Middle School Main <br />4. #132, Vista Gardens <br />5. #166, County Road 512 <br />The project is now complete and the County is prepared to make final payment to <br />Treasure Coast Contracting. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The original awarded contract amount was $59,345.00.
