Sean McGuire, P.E. <br />Project Engineer <br />(� <br />SUBJECT: <br />Gifford Park Picnic Pavilion <br />Project No. 9424A <br />Final Payment <br />DATE: <br />March 4, 1999 <br />Jim Wright Construction, Inc. has requested and is entitled to <br />Final Payment and Release of Retainage on this contract. All work <br />has been satisfactorily completed, a Certificate of Occupancy has <br />been issued by the Building Department, and all contractually <br />required close-out documents have been submitted. <br />Staff recommends that the Board authorize Final Payment and Release <br />of Retainage in the amount of $2,780.00. <br />Funding is from account #315-210-572-068.03. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Grin, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Stanbridge, the Board, by a 4-0 <br />vote (Commissioner Tippin being absent) <br />unanimously approved final payment and release of <br />retainage in the amount of $2,780 to Jim Wright <br />Construction, Inc., as recommended by staff. <br />MARCH 16, 1999 <br />COPIES OF DOCUMENTS WILL BE ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO TAE BOARD <br />WHEN EXECUTED AND RECEIVED <br />-91- BOOK PAGE 706 <br />
