Vitunac, County Attorney <br />DATE: March 8, 1999 <br />RE: Annual County Tax Deed Applications <br />The Clerk of the Circuit Court has notified us that there are 20 parcels that are now eligible for tax <br />deed applications (as shown on the attached list). In connection with this there are certain fees <br />that the County must pay (as itemized on the attached list). <br />Requested Action: Staff requests that the Board approve the payment of $5,476.40 to the Clerk. <br />Attachments: 20 Tax Deed Application Letters <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously approved <br />payment of $5,476.40 to the Clerk of the Circuit Court in <br />payment of fees relative to the 20 parcels now eligible for tax <br />deed applications, as recommended in the Memorandum. <br />7.E.
