No action is needed. <br />NO ACTION REQUIRED OR TAKEN. <br />10. DEED FILBERT STREET WATER TREATMENT PLANT SITE <br />TO CITY OF SEBASTIAN (ALSO SEE ITEM 14.A.2. EMERGENCY <br />SERVICES DISTRICT MINUTES) <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of March 17, 1999: <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />DATE: March 17, 1999 <br />SUBJECT: Filbert Street Water Treatment Plant Site - Trade With City of Sebastian <br />FROM: James E. Chandler <br />County Administrator <br />At the October 27, 1998 Board meeting, staff recommended declaring surplus, the old <br />water treatment plant site on Filbert Street and consider deeding the site to the City of Sebastian. <br />The Board approved trading the site to the City for Stations #8 and #9. <br />Attached for consideration is a deed of the Filbert Street property to the City. Such action <br />would require approval as the Board of County Commissioners rather than the Emergency <br />Services District Board. <br />MARCH 23, 1999 <br />38 <br />• • <br />
