Tabar, <br />Coastal Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Indian River County Beach Preservation Plan <br />Professional Service Agreement - Pre -Engineering Design <br />DATE: April 6, 1999 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />9 <br />At the November 24, 199X Board of County Commissioners regular <br />meeting, the Board authorized staff to begin contract negotiations <br />for professional services to complete a preliminary engineering <br />study to identify sand source for beach fill, hardbottom mapping, <br />and pre -engineering design. The study will be used to support the <br />coastal improvements outlined in the Indian River County Beach <br />Preservation Plan (BPP).
