Chandler <br />County Administrator <br />�. I <br />FROM: Stan Boling, AICP <br />Planning Director <br />DATE: April 26, 1999 <br />SUBJECT: Final Hearing on Proposed Land. Development Regulation (LDR) Amendments <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of County <br />Commissioners at its regular meeting of May 4, 1999. <br />At its special meeting of April 19, 1999, the Board of County Commissioners considered twelve <br />proposed Land Development Regulation (LDR) amendments (see attachment #1). At that meeting, <br />the Board directed staff to make a few changes to the home proposed occupations amendment. <br />Those changes have been made and are reflected in the attached ordinance. The consensus on the <br />remainder of the amendments was for approval. Therefore, no substantive changes have been made <br />to the other proposed amendments. <br />The Board is now to take final action and approve, approve with modifications, or deny the proposed <br />ordinance. <br />MAY 49 1999 <br />• <br />-27- BOOK D 0, rAGE <br />
