O'Brien - Assistant County Attorney <br />DATE: May 10, 1999 <br />SUBJECT: Termination of Food Service Concession License <br />The current licensee for the food service concession has failed on several <br />occasions to be open for service during work days. This random closing is <br />disruptive of employees' and visitors' plans to utilize the facility. This has been <br />made known to the current licensee but the random closings continue.
