0 • <br />1. Prior to recording of the approved final plat, the developer shall: <br />a. Obtain a Certificate of Completion, and <br />b. Obtain a "no -spray" easement over citrus grove property adjacent to the <br />western boundary of Lot 6 or enter into a contract with the county and <br />guarantee construction df an agricultural buffer along the western boundary <br />of Lot 6. Any required agricultural buffer shall be installed within 1 year <br />from the date of final plat approval or prior to issuance of a Certificate of <br />Occupancy for a residence on Lot 6, whichever occurs first. <br />1.
