r-7 <br />BOOK 109 PAGE 573 <br />BACKGROUND <br />Gerald Arsenault and Arleen Arsenault have requested that a temporary service be installed from <br />the sewer line on CR 510 to service their property at 236 Live Oak Drive (Little Orchid Island), <br />Vero Beach, Florida 32963, prior to the installation of a sewer main on Live Oak Drive. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The Agreement states that the Indian River County Department of Utility Services shall provide <br />temporary sewer service to Gerald Arsenault and Arleen Arsenault until such time that a sewer line <br />may be constructed on Live Oak Drive by assessment. Payment of all fees required to make this <br />connection, and participation in the assessment which may involve reconnecting to this sewer line, <br />as required by the Indian River County Department of Utility Services, has been agreed to by <br />Gerald Arsenault and Arleen Arsenault. <br />RECOMIVIIJNDATION <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve <br />the attached Agreement with Gerald Arsenault and Arleen Arsenault on the Consent Agenda. <br />JDC/b <br />Attachments <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Stanbridge, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously approved the <br />agreement with Gerald and Arlene Arsenault as presented, as <br />recommended in the Memorandum. <br />RECORDED AGREEMENT IS ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />Z.E.
