BOOK 1.0 j FACE 61 <br />County Attorney Vitunac pointed out that presently the County had the right to buy <br />the property back for $25,000 and the right -of -first refusal might cost the County a lot more. <br />He thought they might want to retain the right to buy it back at $25,000 if it is needed. <br />Chairman Macht commented that was in "1991 dollars" and he thought they should <br />be allowed some accretion of value on the property. Several Commissioners agreed with his <br />comment. <br />Administrator Chandler pointed out it would have to come back to the Board should <br />the Public Works Department determine they need the site. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the motion <br />carred unanimously. <br />11.C.3.
